Oahu Speech uses a convenient management hub call Simple Practice. You will be invited to the patient portal where you can make payments, get messages, and notification of your appointments, from your computer or phone. It is HIPAA compliant, secure, and paperless. We think you will find it very user friendly.

You can add your credit card securely. We ask that payments be made on the day of service.

We participate with Tricare and Kaiser Permanente. If you have a copay, it can be paid using Simple Practice. Other insurances may cover speech therapy. Please contact your carrier for information. We can help you in the claim process if necessary.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discovery Card, checks and cash. We can help you determine if other insurances cover speech therapy and help you file a claim for reimbursement. Speech therapy is an eligible expense for Flexible Spending Accounts and Health Savings Accounts.
